Use our checklist to tick off each ingredient in preparation for cooking.
40g Oat Pantry cinnamon bun porridge
½ tbsp chia seeds
1 tsp milled flaxseed
1 tbsp or 10g chopped dates
140ml plant milk
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp coconut sugar
45g plant based cream cheese
10g maple syrup
20ml plant milk
Method
In a glass jar, mix together the cinnamon bun porridge with chia seeds, milled flaxseeds, chopped dates and 140ml plant based milk. In a bowl mix the cream cheese, maple syrup and 20ml plant based milk together.
Dust with cinnamon sugar (coconut sugar and ground cinnamon mixed together) and then pipe on a cream cheese swirl (you can use a ziplock bag with a hole in it if you don’t have a piping bag!). Pop on a lid and place it in the fridge to set for four hours or overnight. Then enjoy it.
