

Ingredients checklist
Use our checklist to tick off each ingredient in preparation for cooking.
40g Jammy Doughnut Porridge Oats
50g yoghurt of your choice
50ml milk of your choice
Homemade raspberry chia jam (see below in method) or 1tbsp raspberry/strawberry jam melted
4 tsp yoghurt of your choice, for topping
Cinnamon sugar mixture, for sprinkling (1 tsp coconut sugar + 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon)
Method
Add the 40g Jammy Doughnut Porridge Oats, 50g yoghurt of your choice, and 50ml milk of your choice to a jar or container.
Mix well until fully combined.
Cover and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
Either before chilling or in the morning, add a layer of homemade raspberry chia jam (to make this add 30g frozen raspberries, 1 tsp water, 1/2 tsp chia seeds to a small microwavable dish and microwave for 30 seconds, then mash into a jam-like consistency) on top of the overnight oats.
Spoon over 4 tsp yoghurt of your choice to create a creamy topping layer.
Finish with a sprinkling of cinnamon sugar.
Enjoy straight from the fridge for an easy, creamy, jammy doughnut-inspired breakfast.
