40g Oat Pantry Mince Pie Porridge

100ml plant milk

20g plant based mince meat **ensure it is plant based otherwise it will need heating before eating

20g Maple & Pecan Pie Granola

½ mini mince pie (optional)

Method

01.

In a glass jar, mix together the mince pie porridge and plant based milk.

02.

Pop on a lid and place it in the fridge to set for four hours or overnight.

03.

Before serving sprinkle on a layer of plant based mincemeat followed by a layer of maple and pecan pie granola.

04.

Enjoy hot or cold as desired.

*If your mincemeat isn’t plant based, ensure you heat it before you’ve layered it on top of the oats, until piping hot in the microwave and then sprinkle on the granola afterwards.
