50g Oat Pantry Fruit Crumble & Custard Porridge
110ml milk of your choice
1 banana
1 tbsp maple syrup or agave
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tbsp fruit jam
Plant based custard
Method
Preheat your oven to 180 degrees.
To a blender cup, add the oats, milk, banana, maple syrup and baking powder. Blend until smooth.
Pour half of the batter into a baking dish. Add the jam into the center and then pour the rest of the mixture on top.
Bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes until well risen and golden brown.
Pour warm custard over the top and enjoy.
