Blueberry Muffin Overnight Oats

40g Oat Pantry Blueberry Muffin Porridge

50g yoghurt of your choice

50ml milk of your choice

Extra yoghurt for topping

Handful of frozen blueberries

Method

01.

In an airtight container (we have the perfect single serve overnight oats jars here) mix together the porridge oats, 50g of yoghurt and 50ml of milk. Leave to soak in the fridge overnight.

The next morning, give the mixture a stir and then top with extra yoghurt.

03.

In a microwave safe bowl, heat your frozen blueberries for around 30-50 seconds, until heated through and a little mushy.

04.

Top your overnight oats with the blueberries and enjoy!
