40g Oat Pantry Salted Caramel Porridge Oats
100ml almond milk
8 medjool dates, pitted
60ml milk of choice
2 tbsp smooth peanut butter
2 tbsp maple syrup
1⁄2 tsp salt
Optional: chopped dates and mini salted pretzels
Method 1 - Overnight Oats
In a jar mix together 40g of Oat Pantry’s limited edition Salted Caramel Porridge Oats with 100ml of almond milk.
Put the lid on, and leave to soak in the fridge overnight.
The next morning, top with your prepared date caramel sauce and optional chopped dates and salted pretzels.
Method 2 - Date Caramel Topping
In a high-speed blender, combine all of the ingredients for the sauce. Blend until smooth or as smooth as you can get it. Add a little more milk if it looks too thick.
