50ml coconut oil
100g almond butter
80ml maple syrup
250g Oat Pantry Peanut Butter Granola
Handful dark chocolate chips
5 squares of white chocolate (vegan options available)
12 edible eyes
Method
Melt 50ml coconut oil in a pan, then add 100g almond butter and 80ml maple syrup and stir until it forms a sauce.
Add the sauce to a mixing bowl along with 250g of Oat Pantry Peanut Butter Granola and the dark chocolate chips.
Press the mixture with a spatula into a greased muffin tin, silicone ones work well for popping the cups out afterwards. The mixture should make 6 granola cups.
Place in the fridge to cool. Once solidified you can decorate with your spooky toppers. In a microwave safe bowl, melt the white chocolate, then with a teaspoon drizzle over the granola cups to look like mummy wrapping. Before the white chocolate sets add two edible eyes on top. Leave in the fridge for an hour for the white chocolate to set and enjoy!
