

Ingredients checklist
Use our checklist to tick off each ingredient in preparation for cooking.
40g Oat Pantry Mince Pie Porridge (blended into oat flour)
60ml plant milk
1 tbsp smooth peanut butter
1 tbsp maple syrup
½ tsp vanilla
½ tsp cinnamon
½ tsp baking powder
Dairy free whipped cream
Cinnamon to sprinkle on top
Method
Add the mince pie porridge oats to a blender, blend until you have a fine oat flour.
Into a microwave/oven safe mug, add all of the ingredients and mix until you have a smooth batter.
Microwave for 90 seconds at first. If it’s still raw in the middle, microwave for 20 seconds at a time until cooked.
Once cooked, serve hot.
Serving suggestion: Add some dairy free whipped cream or yoghurt on top with a sprinkle of cinnamon.
