Use our checklist to tick off each ingredient in preparation for cooking.
170g Oat Pantry Fruit Crumble & Custard Porridge
400ml water
½ tsp baking powder
Method
Add the oats, water and baking powder to a blender or food processor and blend until completely smooth. Set this aside for 5-10 minutes. (The oats will soak up any excess moisture.)
On a medium heat, pour the mixture into a non-stick pan (oil if needed) and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes until golden brown.
Once cooked, fill with your fillings, wrap and enjoy.
Tips & Notes
Why not add yoghurt, fresh fruit and fruit compote inside and drizzle with your favourite nut butter or biscoff.
