80g Oat Pantry Caramelised Biscuit Granola
160g yoghurt
30g maple syrup
40g peanut butter
splash of vanilla extract
splash of water
Method 1 - Homemade Peanut Butter Caramel
In a small bowl, mix together your maple syrup, peanut butter, splash of vanilla and splash of water, until well combined.
If you’d like a runnier consistency you can heat it in the microwave, for no longer than 20 seconds at a time.
Method 2 - Constructing the yoghurt parfait
Now that you have all the components. Layer the yoghurt, peanut butter caramel and Caramelised Biscuit Granola in a glass jar or small glass.
And enjoy, it’s as simple as that!
