Breakfast Crumble

30g Fruit Crumble & Custard Porridge Oats

1 tbsp nut butter

1/2 tbsp maple syrup

1 tbsp ground almonds

Handful of frozen berries

Method

01.

First, microwave the frozen berries in a microwave safe dish for 1 minute.

Next, in a separate bowl, mix together the topping ingredients: porridge oats, nut butter, maple syrup and ground almonds. Combine until you get a crumble like texture.

Add the crumble topping on top of the heated frozen berries and microwave for a further 1 minute. If you’re using a small bowl, microwave the last minute in 20 second increments so it doesn’t overflow.

Why not add a dollop of yoghurt or a splash of Alpro custard to make it even more indulgent.
